6 month guaranteee on watch sales and servicing/repairs

This guarantee applies for 6 months from the date of purchase and is non-transferable (i.e. it only applies to the person who purchased the watch from us). Beyond the guarantee period or where ownership is transferred, buyers are responsible for all maintenance and repairs.

The guarantee covers mechanical operation of the watch and does not cover accidental damage, damage from excessive vibration or dust, damage from shock (dropping etc.), damage arising from incorrect or inappropriate use (defined as anything except 'normal day to day use'), or use during sports activities. Accuracy of the watch is regulated and bench tested before sale where possible but will vary in use and over time, and is not covered by this guarantee unless it exceeds +/- 5 minutes per day or where accuracy is specifically excluded in the description.

The guarantee specifically excludes any damage from water ingress from whatever cause. Watches are sold (or repaired) as suitable for normal day to day use, but unless specified otherwise are not pressure tested and should not be considered to be water resistant.

Parts and labour

Watches are returned to us for repair under the guarantee at the buyer's expense and must be returned in compliance with 'Sending your watch to us' and packing guidelines stated on the Service and Repair page. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage during transit of watches being returned for repair under this guarantee. Return postage back to the customer once repairs have been carried is covered under the guarantee.

The guarantee covers all parts and labour for repairs carried out. The customer will be liable for the cost of parts and labour to repair any damage identified during inspection deemed to have arisen from any of the exclusions listed on this page (e.g. water ingress, accidental damage etc.).

The guarantee applies only to UK sales and repairs/servicing. We cannot offer this guarantee for non-UK sales. However, should the need arise, we will always discuss with customers options for remedy and mitigation within the normal 6 months period. Where non-UK repairs are agreed the Buyer is responsible for any import duties/fees/taxes
