Returns, Cancellation and & Refunds Policy

Goods may be returned for repair, exchange or refund under the terms of the 6 month guarantee.

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt (or delivery to a third party other than the courier, as nominated by you).

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of informing us of the return and we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The good are being returned by the person who purchased the item

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • The goods are in the same condition in which they were supplied

  • The goods have not been damaged or altered in any way whatsoever. For clocks and watches the case must not have been opened, battery changed or any other maintenance/repairs carried out or attempted, even if by a qualified/competent person. A full refund may not be possible where this clause applies and deductions may be made due to diminished value as a result.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons such as straps that have been worn/used.

  • Goods and services worth £42 or less

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
