Shipping

All shipments are sent by a service that requires a signature on delivery. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that deliveries are signed for when deliveries are accepted and to ensure that failed deliveries are rearranged or collected from the relevant depot. UK shipping

UK shipping is via Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise noted below or unless another service is requested. All items posted are charged at a standard P&P rate dependant on overall value of the shipment. Shipments are fully insured. Insurance method may vary depending on the item and overall shipment value and may be via our own insurance or a third party shipping insurance specialist. Shipping prices for UK sales (inc. insurance) are:

Non-UK shipping

We will ship to North America, Europe, Australasia and Asia. We will not ship to Russia, Belarus, Mainland China or other countries/territories at our discretion.

All shipments will be declared at actual value and a copy of the commercial invoice will be included with customs documents. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any import duty/customs fees levied when the item arrives in the destination country. We will NOT refund purchase costs where the buyer refuses to accept delivery for any reason, including unanticipated import duties or fees. This is part of our terms of trading and prospective buyers should establish local import duties/fees prior to purchase.

USA

We are currently unable to ship to US buyers for purchases via this website. If you wish to purchase one of the items listed on this website, please message us via the contact form and we will do what we can to help.

Here is some more background information about the current status of US shipments:

From 29 August 2025 the 'de minimus' (the value below which no import duties will be levied) will be removed.

This means that ALL shipments to the US, irrespective of value, will be liable for import duties at the applicable rate.

Our understanding is that 'tariffs' are import taxes/duties and are payable BY THE IMPORTER (i.e. the buyer). The buyer is therefore liable to pay any such duties, which are normally charged and collected on behalf of the US Government by the courier/delivery service. The tariff rate charged could be anywhere between 10%-50% - possibly even more, depending on the country of origin of the item and on the current applicable tariff rates, which may be subject to change.

In order to assess the import duty liability some items will now also be subject to a more thorough assessment process and buyers may be required to respond to requests for information from the courier/delivery service before the item will be cleared through customs. From experience this process can be lengthy, complicated and frustrating.

We are currently seeking clarity from our shipping provider (DHL Express) about their process for collection of import duties under the new arrangements, in order to ensure that we do not become liable for any uncollected duties. Until we have the necessary assurances US orders via this website are suspended. If you wish to discuss a purchase please contact us via the contact form and we will do what we can to help.

Other countries

Shipments to other countries are via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (where available) or DHL.

Royal Mail shipping is charged at the rates below, dependant on overall value of the shipment, and includes full insurance. Insurance method may vary depending on the item and overall value and may be via a third party shipping insurance specialist. Shipping costs (inc. insurance) are:
