'SE' handmade military watch straps
Sumac Watches ‘SE’ single pass military watch straps are named after Captain SE Finer, Royal Signals, who served in the 8th Army in the Middle East and Mediterranean theatres during WW2. His exploits included acting as signals officer for some of the largest rail-mounted artillery deployed by the allies during the war, and taking the surrender of an Italian torpedo boat during a secondment to the RAF on Cyprus in 1943.
Made in the tradition of the webbing watch straps produced for UK forces during and after WW2, the Sumac Watches ‘SE’ straps provide a comfortable, durable, and unique handmade strap to complement your military watch. The 19 and 20mm straps look perfect on divers watches like Omega Seamster 300 or the CWC RN and SBS divers, but are also a great addition to Seiko Gen 1 and 2 chronographs and other 20mm lug watches. The 17mm Type 1 straps look just the part on vintage field watches like ‘Dirty Dozen' watches.

'Just wow ❤. I knew it was going to be good and tick the boxes but it’s better. Thickness perfect, soft and flexible but thickness keeps things where they need to be. You have nailed it with this one.'
